South Charlotte on a Saturday

I spent Saturday in Charlotte shopping at the beautiful South Park Mall with friends and dining. My whole purpose of coming to Charlotte was buying a Louis Vuitton bag and some heels. I saved up money to finally get my bag. This is my second Speedy, but the first one that I purchased. My first bag was given to me from my mom, which was a bag she had when she was in college. This was a highlight of my life and a very monumental moment for me. Just knowing that I will have this bag for the rest of my life and that my future daughter will have this when she enters college. You all will definitely be hearing more about the bag. I also bought the Sam Edelman "Novato" heel in grey suede and some earrings from Aldo Accessories. After a fun-filled shopping day, I went to Nikko's Restaurant, a sushi spot. I've heard so many great reviews about the place. It was definitely poppin'. There was a female dj who was playing all the latest hits. It was an hour wait. I was people watching as I sat in the chic lobby and snapped a few pictures with my friends, Charlie and Raymond. The vibe was great. People drinking, dancing, and the owner was dancing around shaking a tambourine. If you're ever in Charlotte, you must visit Nikko's. I'm not doing any more shopping until my trip to Los Angeles in March!

Martin Luther King Weekend

I spent MLK weekend in Charlotte and attended both of Maz Entertainments parties, Saturday and Sunday, with one of my best friends, Ashley. I left my camera in Greensboro, but my Evo came in handy. This was one of the best weekends ever! I wore my Torrid dress from a previous post. I am all about wearing something twice, but making it look different. I added patterned tights for warmth and to give the LBD a little edginess.

Mini-Haul: Forever 21 and MAC

Last weekend, I decided to go to the mall, which is rarity nowadays. One of my favorite bloggers, Jo, has so many blushes. I was thinking that I should have more too depending on the look I'm going for. I purchased some new blush from MAC. My friends at the counter, Justin and Sandy, helped me select this fab peachy/rosy color "Utterly Game." The mineralize blush is very soft and feels weightless on my skin.

Forever 21 is always a stop on my list when I visit the mall. I always scour the accessories department looking for dramatic earrings, scarves, or cute little makeup bags. I was so excited to see these earrings that my friend Brianna had in the summer were back in stores. I bought both colors in cream and baby pink. I'm a huge leopard fanatic, so this white multi-colored leopard make-up bag had to be mine. I needed something small enough to fit my compact mirror, lipsticks, and a few brushes.

New Years Eve.

Hey lovies. I haven't been in a blogging mood lately. Been so busy with work and my internship. I wanted to share with you all my New Years Eve pictures. I had a lot of fun New Years Eve in Charlotte at the Maz Party I spent $57.50 on a friggin' VIP ticket to the party. We got to the venue, Founder's Hall, around 11:45. However, I did enjoy myself and got to see old friends. I wore my Z. Cavaricci Couture dress. It was a little too big, but I rocked it. How was your NYE?
